At a global level, the tourism sector is in the process of recovery due to the pandemic. At a national level, alongside the pandemic, the tourism sector in Peru is facing the consequences of a socio-political crisis. Travel agencies are among the main actors affected by this situation. Therefore, the primary objective of this study is to propose growth strategies for the Latin America Boutique Tours travel agency. To achieve this, an extensive investigation was conducted, collecting both qualitative and quantitative data about the tourist markets heading to Peru and attractive destinations in Latin America. This was complemented by interviews with the organization's managers. Based on this, it was determined that the main growth strategies for the Latin America Boutique Tours agency, according to the Ansoff Matrix, are enhancing its presence in the US market, venturing into the Canadian market, and offering new packages for tourist destinations in Colombia. These are complemented by strategies proposed through the application of the SWOT matrix, such as: creating and promoting appealing audiovisual content focused on specific services, such as experiential or adventure tourism, on the company's web platforms, as well as organizing training sessions by providers in various countries for the company's collaborators. Finally, the challenges that would accompany the implementation of each of the suggested strategies to the company are presented.
