The purpose of this research is to identify the best alternative solution to improve fuel efficiency in the company Transportes TF during the year 2023. Therefore, an applied research was carried out, with a quantitative approach and an experimental design of explanatory scope. For its development, an analysis of the organization and an initial diagnosis of the processes were carried out, then the solution alternatives for the problematic situation were identified and finally the analysis and discussion of the results and the feasibility of the proposal were carried out. The results showed that by analyzing the company's activities and delimiting the problematic reality, it was possible to identify where the problem to be improved was identified and the areas involved were the operations and maintenance area and the commercial area. According to the evaluation of the proposal and its implementation, it was demonstrated that with the Kaizen method supported by continuous improvement it is possible to achieve greater profitability. Likewise, they were also analyzed to finally obtain through the economic analysis a NPV of S/809,607.46, an IRR of 79.65% and a Benefit/Cost Ratio in which 3.11 soles are obtained for each sol invested.
