This research seeks to expose the improvement in job satisfaction in the face of teleworking, through the analysis of the problematic situation that the Tawa Consulting organization faced, given the score obtained in the company's recommendation factor in the “Climate Thermometer 2022.”, which improves in the survey of the current period. For this reason, the authors decided to study the process of evaluating solutions proposed by the Human Management area, given the problem related to job satisfaction, of employees who conducted 100% teleworking, evidenced in the variable "recommendation to the organization." within the annual work environment surveys. To obtain this, the authors conducted in-depth interviews with Víctor Torres, Business Partner of Human Management, to gather information about their proposed solutions to the problematic situation. Likewise, collaborators from the Remuneration Outsourcing area, the population under study, were interviewed with the purpose of obtaining their testimony regarding job satisfaction and the type of work in the company. Finally, in the “Climate Thermometer 2023” the score related to the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNSP), rose from 44% to 66%. Therefore, it is stated that the organization correctly implemented the strategies that allowed improving job satisfaction in the face of teleworking.
