In recent decades, human mobility has acquired unprecedented relevance due to migratory groups that have formed around the world. One of the most prominent migratory corridors is that of Central America-Mexico-United States, this due to the large number of people who use it to move across international borders. Within this framework, this research work will focus its study on children and adolescents from the countries of Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala that aim to move to the United States. Specifically, it will address the relationship between the actions taken by governments involved in the migratory route of minors and the rights that are often violated in the context of human mobility, as well as the international responsibility of States under public international law for the protection of children and young persons.
