Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, educationally migrated to online media, giving opportunity to the growth of MOOCs. Therefore, the present research seeks to find the relationships between variables affecting the performance expectancy and perceived usefulness of MOOC users. Various authors have been considered who analyze these relationships and draw conclusions through quantitative studies. Likewise, to understand the relationship between the social influence and confirmation with the performance expectancy and perceived usefulness in the MOOCs sector and to test the hypotheses of the structural model, a non-probabilistic sample of 400 men and women between 21- and 25-years old users of a MOOC platform in the last year. The data will be collected through an online survey, which will be analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) through the Smart PLS and SPSS tools.
