The project consists of the opening and implementation of an occupational health center for the attention of workers of companies that need to comply with Law No. 29783 - Law of Safety and Health at Work and its regulations, carrying out medical examinations pre-occupational, periodic, reintegration, reentry and retirement, and that are mainly in the district of Lurin and surrounding areas, primarily aimed at the industry sector, generating timely attention, reduction in absenteeism, time savings that will reduce the costs of their management systems. Within the context above, the economic environment and specifically the current occupational health sector have been evaluated, finding growth in the demands on companies in the context of the pandemic through Ministerial Resolution No. 972-2020 / MINSA, which creates the need for health care and monitoring of workers in the different modalities and areas, especially infectious diseases such as COVID-19, in addition to assessing the consequences of the pandemic on the health of workers that allows reincorporation safety, as well as the timely care of occupational accidents as well as the detection of non-communicable diseases such as occupational diseases and chronic diseases. In this context of ideas and knowing the limited availability of health centers focused on the occupational field, the business opportunity arises to develop our project, which consists of providing personalized and differentiated service, generating value through our professionals with high-quality standards, computerized services, focused on the prevention and early detection of occupational and work-related diseases. For this purpose, we will have an infrastructure designed and built specifically for the occupational health area. We will have health personnel specialized in occupational and environmental health and industrial engineers who will accompany us in providing the service. We will provide specialized services in occupational medicine, occupational psychology, laboratory, occupational radiology specialists with OIT readings, occupational pulmonology through diagnostic spirometry, telemedicine for reading electrocardiograms, occupational audiology through specialized otorhinolaryngologists, as well as online information systems. Therefore, the benefit will not be exclusive to the companies but also to the workers, who will demonstrate the personalized care explicitly designed for them, simultaneously generating greater integration with their employers. Our center will be in the district of Lurin, close to the industrial sector. Our target market is made up of companies in the industrial sector.
