The present work is based on a business project that consists of the commercialization of Andean grains in bulk in the district of San Borja. The business consists of a retail store, aimed at the San Borjino public and visitors; located in the district of San Borja, between sectors 3 and 4, on Avenida San Luis, a highly commercial area with a great flow of people. The Andean grains offered for sale are quinoa, kiwicha, cañihua and tarwi, in a variety of presentations or preparation for various forms of consumption. The insights found and that support the project are: Concern for health, search for healthy alternative products; pursuit of physical beauty and general well-being; more accessible prices for the purchase of Andean grains, lower than those established in supermarkets and specialized stores; cultural roots and patriotism, identification and preference for what is ours. In this way, "Mi Tierra", name of the commercial premises, seeks to offer Andean grains of quality and safety in their origin, a greater variety of them (therefore, greater benefits in general), processed in a more natural way and whose sale dispenses with extra costs for packaging and brand names, the sale is in bulk and by the weight that the client wants. Regarding the economic evaluation, the feasibility study shows positive figures, taking into account the cost of sales (wholesale price of the supplier) and the average operating profit margin of around 20%. likewise favorable VAN and IRR.
