Peruvian mango is known worldwide for its high quality, flavor and aroma, and has been one of the most exported fruits in recent years. However, shipments of Peruvian mangos rejected by various countries due to spoilage or biotic defects are damaging their reputation. Therefore, the objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the optimization of packaging and the performance of the cold logistics chain in mango exports in the last five years. The dimensions of mechanical resistance, humidity concentration and ventilation quality were considered for the independent variable, and temperature control, product quality and customer satisfaction for the dependent variable. For the research, a quantitative approach was used and relevant data from past research was collected, as well as questionnaires were administered to experts from the sample to obtain information on the relationship between the variables. The instrument used was validated and approved by experts from relevant institutions. Data collection was carried out with the help of 30 experts who work in agro-export companies, and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the instrument, obtaining a result of 0.937, which indicates a high degree of reliability of the instrument used.
