During the pandemic, e-commerce grew exponentially, mainly due to the fact that companies from different sectors launched their own marketplaces. Likewise, medium and small companies, ventured into e-commerce to reduce the blow that the pandemic brought to their sales, generating an e-commerce growth of 55% in 2021, according to the Peruvian Chamber of Electronic Commerce. On the other hand and taking into account the growing trend of acquisition and/or adoption of a pet and, in general, the growth of the concept of "Petlovers"; the present business plan is proposed for the launch of a platform that centralizes the commercialization of products and services for pets, aimed at people residing in Modern Lima. To validate the business model, we used Michael Porter's 5 Forces analysis, the development of Pestel analysis, the EFE and EFI matrix and the Business Model Canvas. Likewise, the information presented and analyzed belongs to a market survey of 233 people from Modern Lima, and 4 in-depth interviews with users of electronic stores, pet owners and veterinary companies. The value proposition is based on the variety and quality of the products marketed on the platform, virtual medical consultation services and tools to accompany the pet owner such as reminders, advice, and counseling. Finally, the result of the five-year financial and economic validation demonstrates the profitability of the business plan proposal with an NPV of S/ 1,177,606 and IRR of 36% from the 4th year.
