Background: the home-office has changed the psychosocial risks at work, so it is necessary to have instruments that objectively evaluate them. Objectives: to examine the psychometric properties of the CopSoQ-ISTAS 21. Method: the research design is instrumental, the sample was non-probabilistic, of 361 people (50.83% men and 49.17% women), between 18 and 59 years old. They work remotely in private companies. Internal structure and convergent validity were analyzed, considering the relationship between CopSoQ-ISTAS 21 and Psychosocial Factors at work. Results: The EFA was performed, in which an appropriate distribution was obtained (KMO= .77; χ2= 1586.89; gl= 153; p= .01) and a 4-factor solution (66.6% variance). However, items 3, 7, 9, 13, 16, 19, 20, 21 and the dimension 'Work Compensation' were eliminated for not reaching the reliability values (.30) or meeting the theoretical criteria. Likewise, the Confirmatory Factor Analysis was performed, which have a valid adjustment index (χ2 = 113.70; df = 50; p < .01; CFI = .92; GFI = .92; RMSEA = .09; PGFI =.50). Regarding reliability, alpha and omega coefficients between .78 and .90 were obtained. In the convergent validity, the Psychosocial Factors at Work scale was used, and a high degree of association was evidenced, the most relevant being Social Support and Leadership Quality and Labor Role. Conclusions: The CopSoQ-ISTAS 21 has, in general, adequate psychometric properties and can be used in future Peruvian research.
