The objective of this research is validate the business idea called Reserbar, which is an application that offers real-time reservation service, in other words, the target audience will be able to purchase a space, table or bar in the establishments of their choice in the province of Lima. Likewise, this application will have capacity updates so that users can have fun without fear of not finding availability. On the one hand, the business model is focused on individuals between 21 and 45 years, with an NSE A and B, who have a modern and sophisticated lifestyle. In addition, it is intended that users meet with friends in a recreational establishment. On the other hand, we used primary and secondary sources and interviews with people in the industry. In addition, we validated experiments through Instagram, a social network with greater influence to our target audience, where we will manage to identify their needs and annoyances validating all the information of the Business Model Canvas, to obtain a positive result. Finally, we will proceed to make the financial plan of the proposal, which will be reflected in an annual projection of 5 years, in addition we will make the operating expenses and revenues of the application, as well as the cash flow, WACC and COK, finally we obtained a positive Net Present Value (NPV), which indicates that the project is viable and generates economic benefits for the company.
