The importance of generating a new system of urban mobilization has ended in including the bicycle as a means of transport to the citizens. Actuality, Lima has fifteen hundred kilometers of bicycle lanes but these present problems of interconnectivity and a deficient geometric design. Therefore, the main objective is to identify the bike lanes with the mentioned deficiencies and select two of them, in order to perform the geometric design of the interconnection and ensure continuity. In this case, the selected bicycle lanes are located in the districts of Los Olivos, San Martín de Porres and Independencia. In the absence of standardized norms in the geometric design of bicycle lanes in the Country; the norms of countries such as Spain, Mexico, Chile and Colombia will be taken as a reference and will be adapted to the study area. In addition, the collection, processing and analysis of data obtained in the field will be performed in order to choose the appropriate infrastructure according to the supply and demand of the place. Then, we will proceed to perform the necessary calculations of the geometric design and will be drawn in properly bounded planes. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations that relate the developed chapters and the current situation observed in the area will be considered.
