-- The result of the investigation reveals that the Model of Management of Relations with the Customers for Clusters of Peruvians PYMES in the Sector of Clothing for Exportation have given a great benefit to the PYMES in study considering that after its application was captured more than 50% of the customers, providers and distributors initially identified as potential customers; being translated for the PYMES in great economic benefits by increasing 50% in their annuals sales due to the application of an efficient and innovative marketing (information shared with the customers and rapid and effective management of the orders received) considering that the cost of investment that demanded the application of the model was US$ 800.000,00 what allowed to reach profitability of US$ 5.787.869,96. The results also reveals that in the past decade was detected more dynamism in the exportation of clothing to the Latin American Market, basically for the nearest, the volume of the market, the solid commercial relationship with customers and also custom duties facilities. In this sense, the Clusters of Peruvians PYMES in the Sector of Clothing for Exportation will take advantage of the opportunities given by the international economy to compete in first instance in the Latin American Market and finally focus in The United States, European Union and Asia. On the other side it is recommended that the Clusters of Peruvians PYMES in the Sector of Clothing for Exportation should established commercial relationship with Latin American countries members of the CAN and ALADI introducing Peruvian products free of duties managing to generate a series of additional income similar to the ATPDEA. Likewise it would helps to other Peruvians PYMES that are not still exporting to make exportations considering that it is big potential market that can be reached, meaning for the country additional income for new sales on the outside, generating a great number of employments improving the market of capitals and all sectors of the country, furthermore many other benefits. In the same way, by implementing this Model of Management of Relations with the Customers, we should consider the following 7 strategies: 1) A further enhance to the commercialization of clothing in the consolidate and potential markets. 2) Develop the distribution and commercialization channel in the consolidated and potential markets. 3) Development of an intelligent and efficient commercial system. 4) Development of management capacity to handle the relationship with the customers supported by the customer’s database. 5) Development of skills in the manufacture of clothing and textile. 6) Enhance the time of reply capacity in the production chain. 7) Development of new lines and continued transformation of the clothing to the standards, customs, fashions and tendency in the main markets. Finally the investigation on study constitutes a great support to the Peruvians PYMES in the Sector of Clothing for Exportation associated as a cluster, which they can find the Model of Management of Relations with the Customers an efficient alternative to compete in a global market, helping to the development and economic growth of the country for the generation of new positions of work.
