This research study aims to determine the relationship between “Budget Programming and its relationship with the Financial Execution of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture of Madre de Dios year 2016“. The study is of non-experimental type with correlational design and presents a universal population sample of 64 participants and a non-probabilistic sampling. For the data collection work, two questionnaires were used, one to measure the level of the Budgetary Programming variable and its dimensions and another to measure the levels of the Financial Execution variable and its dimensions. The data collected were procesed through descriptive statistics to establish the levels of each of the variables, and then apply the inferential statistics. In the same way, the Kolmogorov - Smirnov test was performed for a sample of 64 analysis units corresponding to 0.939 for the Budgetary Programming variable and 0.082 for the Financial Execution variable. Therefore, it was determined to use the parametric tests. According to the design of the present investigation the Pearson correlation coefficient test was developed. Finally, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant correlation between the variables Budgetary Programming and its relation with the Financial Execution of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture of Madre de Dios in 2016, with a Pearson correlation of 0.856 and with a degree of significance equivalent to 95% Acceptance of the research hypothesis was demonstrated.
