The The work carried out was proposed with the objective of describing the situation of the Budget Execution of the Neighborhood Road Project with Road Maintenance in the Provincial Road Institute of Canas, period 2020 - 2021, the methodology applied is of non-experimental design and descriptive scope, it is considered as population and shows the information from the SIAF-SP income and expense record of the 15 maintenance sections financed with the PIA and 13 maintenance sections financed with the D.U. 070; In the results, it can be seen that the allocation of budgeted income according to the sections of the period 2020 - 2021, the total allocation amounts to S/ 10,792,093.00 of which section 8 Cu- 126 - Chaupibanda - Pampayllacta - Choccayhua, represents the section with the highest budget allocation with an amount of S/ 1,474,276.45 and is represented by 14.23% of the total budget and section 11 Pamparqui - Emp. Pe-34f has the largest allocation. The budget allocation is given by Emergency Decree for the activity of promotion, implementation and execution of activities for economic reactivation, this as a consequence of the COVID 19 health emergency; Finally, it is concluded that the budget execution has a total income of S/ 13,022,782.00 from both the Emergency Decree for the sections and the periodic, routine maintenance and inspection services; while the execution of the total expense was 80.70% to cover the expenses of all sections and maintenance in the municipality, these are distributed according to the allocation activities for Promotion, Implementation and Execution of Activities for Economic Reactivation and Maintenance Routine Unpaved Neighborhood Roads, contracts are made with a 10% retention as a guarantee of faithful compliance, these are also an important source for the economic reactivation of the sector as a result of the pandemic caused by COVID-19.
