This research entitled “Changes in agricultural production and its incidence in the production and income of families in the province of Anta from 2010 to 2019“ seeks to identify the main factors that affect both production and income of peasant families of the province of Anta during the period 2010-2019. Peasant families, unlike farmers in general, are characterized by producing in family configurations and investing very little in technology, inputs and even labor, carrying out subsistence agriculture. In this sense, the research seeks to identify the effect that the use of inputs, machinery and equipment has on production and income. Data from the National Household Survey are used for the period 2010-2019 in order to identify its effect over time, the total, average and marginal productivity of capital and labor are also estimated. The research is descriptive, exploratory and correlational, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. The main results find that an increase of 100 soles in expenditure on inputs generates an increase in production of 0.2% and an increase in income of 1.8%, an increase of 100 soles in expenditure on machinery and equipment generates an increase in production at 3% and income at 12%; finally, an increase of 100 soles in salaried payment generates a reduction in production by 0.3% and income by 0.12%.
