This research thesis of investigation mainly focused on making a Road Impact analysis generated at eight intersections belonging to the road system that surrounds the “Colegio La Salle” property, for the construction and commissioning of the Boulevard Qoyllur project. The analysis was performed by comparing future service levels without project and with project, for the projected year 2022 (commissioning) and the year of analysis for 2027. For the determination of the current traffic conditions, vehicle and pedestrian gauges were made at said intersections, considering the hours of greatest demand. The geometric conditions of the intersections were determined by means of a topographic survey, and the conditions of the traffic control devices were also determined by means of a detailed inventory of the signal times (vertical and horizontal) at each intersection. With the data obtained, the road capacity and service level were determined using the HCM (Highway Capacity Manual) methodology and the Synchro 8.0 simulation software, which software allowed us to perform the simulation of vehicular traffic at said intersections in their current state. The projection of vehicle volumes without a project was carried out using the concept of future traffic, for the year 2022 and the year 2027 at the intersections studied. With these volumes, the capacity and service level without project were determined. The land uses of the project were determined and the travel demand generated by the project was estimated through the four-step trip demand planning process (generation, distribution, choice of mode and travel assignment). With these obtained results, the vehicle volumes generated by the project at the intersections under study were determined. The vehicle volumes with the project were determined using the results of future traffic and travel demand. With these volumes, the capacity and service level with the project were determined. With the results obtained at the service level without project and with project, a road impact analysis was carried out for the year 2022 and the year 2027. In conclusion, a road impact occurs in the eight intersections studied, with the intersections near the project entrances being the most impacted
