The following research work is titled “Affectation of fundamental rights by the odors emitted by Qollana wastewater treatment plant in Andina University of Cusco´s students. -Period August to December-” having as fundamental objective to identify the problems caused by odors emitted by Qollana Wastewater Treatment Plant on UAC Human Medicine students and how it involves the academic activities normal development. As specific objectives it has been proposed to identify the scale of incidence of odors emitted by the Wastewater Treatment Plan on fundamental right to education. To set the impact type that odors emitted by Qollana wastewater treatment plant generates. The importance of research work in intended to demonstrate the affectation of the fundamental right to education of the students of the Andina Universiry, School of Medicine where it’s located on San Jerónimo, Qollana area, by the Wastewater Treatment Plant, due to these smells generate discomfort in students, furthermore, these smells can lead to a deterioration in the student’s academic performance, given that the fact when eating food or doing academics activities in classrooms, a foul odor is present, which in some cases generates lack of appetite, nausea or headaches in students.
