In the investigation of Level of Knowledge on Obstetric Psychoprophylaxis and Degree of Application in pregnant women treated at the Hospital Tupac Amaru II-E of San Sebastián, Cusco period 2021, the main objective of the investigation is to determine the level of knowledge and degree of application of obstetric psychoprophylaxis in pregnant women treated at the Tupac Amaru II-E Hospital in San Sebastián, Cusco period 2021, a descriptive, quantitative methodology, non-experimental design, cross-sectional was used. The study covered 60 pregnant women of which the results that we found on the level of knowledge were: 69.4% high level of knowledge, 30.6% of regular level of knowledge and 0% of low level of knowledge; Regarding the degree of application of the techniques, it was found that 98.3% did it correctly and 1.7% did it incorrectly. We also found the sociodemographic characteristics of the pregnant woman; According to the age range, it was found that 18-24 years old with 13.4%, 25-29 years old with 38.3%, 30-34 years old with 38.3% and 35 or older with 10%. of pregnant women where 83.3% are cohabiting, 13.3% of pregnant women are married and 2% of pregnant women are independently single mothers. According to the area of origin, we obtained 70% of pregnant women from urban areas, and 30% from rural areas. Conclusion: There is a high level of knowledge in the Tupac Amaru II-E Hospital, since, with these optimal results, it would help us to continue promoting the obstetric psychoprophylaxis program, and manage the implementation and expansion in each prenatal care center establishment from service.
