In this work we gave to know the development of the compressive strength of the ready-mix concrete used in structural plates in function of time, for concrete f 'c = 210 kg/cm2 and f' c = 245 kg/cm2, to the 338, 379 days of maturity respectively, in the construction of the “Facultad de ciencias de la salud Q’ollana“. To this end the production of briquettes of the ready-mix concrete used in structural plates, which were submitted to the laboratory of Zaenza compression machine, what was done was at the same time was prepared briquettes of a concrete made in the laboratory of the Universidad Andina del Cusco with the same inputs used in the ready-mix concrete that were tested in compression machine of the Universidad Andina del Cusco, at the same time subjected to structural plates to non-destructive testing with the sclerometer, in a range of 88 to 338 days in structures with concrete f'c = 210 kg/cm2 and in a range of 143 to 379 days structures with concrete f'c = 245 kg/cm2. It was possible to verify that the ready-mix concrete structural plates, until the last day of its assessment, has an upward slope development in both structures fc =210 kg / cm2 and fc = 245 kg / cm2 pending positive 0.0011 and 0.1283 respectively, likewise, that the concrete produced in the laboratory using the same materials, have a bottom line and a slope of greater development to ready-mix concrete.
