Abstract: La presente investigación intitulada relación entre monitoreo fetal electrónico y
APGAR del recién nacido en pacientes atendidas en Essalud Cusco, 2019, tiene como
OBJETIVO determinar la relación entre el monitoreo fetal electrónico y el Apgar del recién
nacido al minuto en pacientes atendidas en EsSalud Cusco, 2019. METODOLOGÍA, de
alcance descriptivo correlacional, el estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no
experimental, la población estuvo conformado por 464 historias clínicas de gestantes que se
atendieron en Essalud Cusco, siendo la muestra 284. Para fines de recolección de datos se
utilizó como técnica para la de recolección de datos la observación y como instrumento la ficha
de recolección de datos.
RESULTADOS: Se determinó que no existe relación entre el monitoreo fetal
electrónico y el Apgar del recién nacido al minuto en pacientes atendidas, debido a que el Chi
Cuadrado es de 0.065>0.05 rechazando de esta manera la hipótesis alterna. Además, el 63% se
sometieron a un test no estresante mientras que el 37% a un test estresante.
