The bond and feelings perceived during breastfeeding in new mothers were, in the vast majority, unexplained and of happiness, joy, love, a tickling sensation and a connection with the baby. During the pandemic, the use of security protocols was very uncomfortable, especially the use of a mask because it did not allow them to breathe and that on the days of hospitalization they did not receive support or information. Likewise, the majority of lactating mothers during confinement due to the pandemic did have support from their partner and family members.
