The study “Conditions of health of the beneficiaries of the pension program 65 of the community Quisini, Canchis, Cusco - 2018“ was carried out with the objective of determining the health conditions of the beneficiaries of the Pension 65 Program of the Quisini Community, Canchis, Cusco - 2018. The type of study was descriptive and transversal, the sample population consisted of 42 older adults, the technique was observation and interview, the instruments were the questionnaire and the observation guide. The results obtained were: 61% are women, 48.8% are 71 to 75 years old, 61% have no studies, 95.1% do not carry out economic activity, 53.7% are widowed, 78% live alone without family burden, 53.7% do not receive any financial support from their families, 87.8% are beneficiaries of the 65 program for 3 years and more, 36.6% live alone. Regarding health conditions: 100% of the beneficiaries have normal nutritional status, 4.9% have chronic non-communicable diseases, 29.3% suffer from arterial hypertension, 82.9% suffer from gastritis and gastric ulcer, 63.4% suffer from Arthritis / Rheumatism, 9.7 % suffer from chronic diseases of the respiratory system, 70.7% suffered from colds, 12.2% have gastroenteritis, 17.1% suffer from salmonellosis / dysentery, 65.9% take 30 to 60 minutes to reach the establishment, 100% of staff attend speaking Quechua language and Castellano, 97.6% were treated with kindness and respect, 100% have their own home, 75.6% consume drinking water, 92.7% have a blind well or latrine, 100% have electricity in their home, 95.1% of the beneficiaries have a good health condition and 4.9% regular health condition.
