This research work entitled “Budgetary situation in the provision of services and social profitability of the Non-Governmental Organization CerviCusco in the district of San Jerónimo, Cusco - 2018“ whose general objective was to determine the current expenses of the Organization No. Government “CerviCusco“ in the district of San Jerónimo, Cusco - 2018. The methodology applied to the research work was: basic level, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive scope; the population consisted of 4500 patients, the administrator and the NGO documentation; the type of sampling was probabilistic; The research techniques were: survey, interview and documentary review, whose instruments applied were: 3 interviews used in the administrative area of the NGO and 68 questionnaires with patients. For data processing, the SPSS and EXCEL programs were used. The research concludes that the main characteristic of non-profit organizations is the performance of non-profit activities, a fact that differentiates them from public or private entities. CerviCusco, being an NGO, has a limited budgetary situation, for 2018, since they obtain their income from the donation of investment capital; giving them room for maneuver to continue carrying out their activities in the future. With a balance of S / 186.00, a positive social return was obtained, achieving a positive impact on the health of women with breast and cervical cancer, who live in poverty, reducing the number of deaths from the disease.
