This paper describes the professional experience developed in evaluating how quality management plays a fundamental role in meeting customer requirements by influencing the production processes of hybrid seeds, with the aim of establishing the key criteria for its implementation. The experience was carried out in agro-exporting companies, mainly those dedicated to the production of hybrid vegetable seeds. Likewise, it reviews how the growing demand for vegetable seeds, mainly the details in the document, such as pepper and tomato, are growing exponentially in the international market, leading to an increase in consumer demand. The problem statement is developed based on the deficiencies in the production monitoring points that generate a direct impact on the results, therefore, process control reflects the weaknesses in the four important pillars within quality management in hybrid seed production, defined by germination, production, purity and health. The theoretical framework presents background information related to the research work and the theoretical concepts argued by specialists related to the quality and production process of hybrid pepper and tomato seeds. In this part, the basic terms that must be known for the production and development of these seeds are established. In the presentation, the information obtained was analyzed and discussed and with this, the contributions to the conclusions and recommendations were finally determined.
