The present work develops a temporary analysis of the parameters established in the effluents of an industrial fishing establishment destined to the processing of resources for direct human consumption in the frozen line during the period 2019 to 2022 and its compliance with the fishing regulations in front of the Limits Maximum Permissible (LMP) and its impact on the Environmental Quality Standards (EQS) of the receiving marine body. From the results obtained, satisfactory compliance was determined according to D.S. N° 010-2018-MINAM for the parameters Oils and fats (AyG), Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and pH in the effluent and on the evaluation of the EQS (D.S. N° 004-2017-MINAM) in the marine receiving body At four monitoring points, compliance with the parameters Oils and Fats (AyG), Thermotolerant Coliforms, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD5), Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and Dissolved Oxygen (D.O.) was determined, except for the pH parameter that was obtained values below the ECAs established according to the current norm for Category 2: Subcategory 3. Furthermore, the effluent treatment system was described.
