In vitro micropropagation techniques are currently being used because disease free materials with high multiplication rates and high quality rejuvenated plants at any time of the year and in a short time. Therefore, in this research, tests were carried out on different concentrations of growth regulators in the multiplication and rooting phase in vitro, acclimatizing the crop. The place of the implementation was at the Biotechnology Institute of the National Agrarian University La Molina (UNALM), under a Completely Random Design (DCA). It worked with two types of materials. In the multiplication of the type 1 material, the T1 treatment: MS + BAP 0.5mg / l, obtained 3 number of spreadable buds and in the rooting phase the T4 treatment: IBA + 0.01mg / l, showed a greater disposition in the length formation and root number of 33.22mm and 8 respectively. In the multiplication phase for the type 2 material, the treatment T1: MS + BAP 0.5mg /l, resulted in a greater number of 6 spreadable buds and in the rooting phase the control T5: MS was found with the greatest length and root number of 36.6mm and 9 respectively. The results showed that the type 2 material was the best in the formation of the spreadable buds and root. Likewise, the rooted explants were taken to acclimatize, and a survival of 100, 88, 88 and 100% was achieved in treatments T1, T2, T3 and T4, respectively, at 31 days. Then different nutritional sources were applied, hydroponic solution A and B, algae extract and Murashige Skoog culture medium, the results show that there was no significant difference between the treatments performed.
