Tropical forests are the result of the Dynamic of different plant strata. For that reason, it´s of great importance the knowledge of eachone from the simple strat, being the study of its floristics a tool of projection for the understanding of its ecology. The present study was carried out from December of 2017 to May of 2019 in the Chanchamayo Vallery forests of the Fundo La Genova Regional Development Institute, with the objective of knowing the floristic composition in herbaceous vegetation. For this purpose, an intensive sampling was carried out at seven points at different altitudes and characteristics, successional and intervention. All collections were taxonomically identified. 49 species were found ditributed in 42 genera and 24 families. The families with the highest number of species were: Asteraceae and Fabaceae; in the genera with the highest number were: : Ipomoea, Justicia, Bidens, Cosmos, Indigofera, Gloxinia and Oxalis. The floristic composition of each sampling point was analyzed.
