The objective of this research was to determine the biology and behavior of Euseius emanus (El Banhawy), Euseius sp. nov. and Neoseiulus californicus (McGregor), predatory mites associated with avocado crop, under laboratory conditions. The study of Euseius emanus fed with Ricinus communis pollen was developed at 24.08 °C and 70.78 % HR. The duration of the development cycle was 5.80 ± 0.42 days. The duration of the egg, larva, protonymph and deutonymph stages was 2.37 ± 0.11, 0.96 ± 0.16, 1.18 ± 0.18 and 1.29 ± 0.30 days. The preoviposition period lasts 2.12 days; oviposition, 25.1 days and the longevity of females, 40.82 days. The oviposition capacity was 37.9 eggs/female with a rate of 1.54 eggs/day. The study of Euseius sp. fed with pollen from Alstroemeria sp. nov. it was carried out at 25 °C and 40 % HR. The duration of the development cycle was 7.79 ± 0.67 days. The duration of the egg, larva, protonymph and deutonymph stages was 2.80 ± 0.24, 1.37 ± 0.25, 1.86 ± 0.29 and 1.75 ± 0.24 days. The periods of pre-oviposition and oviposition were 1.75 and 15.2 days, and the longevity of females, 31.25 days. The oviposition capacity was 24 eggs/female with a rate of 1.59 eggs/day. The Neoseiulus californicus study was carried out at 21 °C and 71.5 % RH fed with pollen from Alstroemeria sp. The duration of the development cycle was 9.66 ± 0.66 days. The duration of the egg, larva, protonymph and deutonymph stages was 3.77 ± 0.27, 1.23 ± 0.13, 2.32 ± 0.30 and 2.34 ± 0.27 days. The pre-oviposition and oviposition periods last 2.55 and 18.8, resulting in a longevity of females of 70.25 days. The female oviposits an average of 32.2 eggs with a rate of 1.71 eggs/day.
