Objective: to determine prescription errors and drug interactions in prescriptions of patients treated by the Pharmacia Vecindad program at Inkafarma, Local Aviation 3, Surquillo, July 2022 - July 2023. Material and method: quantitative approach, descriptive design, non-experimental type, and cross-sectional. The technique used was observation, allowing a detailed and systematic collection of relevant information. For the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics were used. Results: the results according to: patient data showed compliance (83.33%), followed by Medication data with 100%, also 100% for Prescriber data, 49.0% who presented drug interaction, 30.8% for pharmacodynamics, 18.2% for pharmacokinetics, according to the dimension categories in prescriptions of patients treated were 39.8% for Category C, 7.3% for Category D and 2.0% for Category X. Conclusions: the evaluation of prescriptions of the Pharmacia Vecina program in Inkafarma Local Aviation 3, Surquillo (July 2022 - July 2023) shows 100% compliance in patient, medication and prescriber data, but reveals a 100% omission in information on allergies. The presence of drug interactions was identified, with Category C interactions predominatin.
