Objective: determine the relationship between the management of the flat fabric supply chain and the profitability of the company Graus Industrias Textil S.A. of the district of San Juan de Lurigancho, during the period 2023. Material and method: the approach was quantitative, its design was non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional, with a population of 50 workers from the company Graus Industrias Textil S.A. The technique was through the survey applied by an 18-item questionnaire for the 4-dimensional supply chain management variable; and, 10 items for the profitability variable composed of 2 dimensions. Results: the descriptive results revealed that the GCS is perceived mostly at a bad level (34%), followed by 32% who consider it good and 34% at a regular level. In the dimensions, administration, purchasing processes, raw materials and manufacturing, the levels varied, with manufacturing being the dimension perceived mostly as low (46%). Regarding profitability, 44% consider it to be bad, followed by 32% who perceive it as good and 24% as average. Profits are at a bad level for 40%, fair for 38%, and good for 22%. The costs of profitability are considered bad by 40% of the population, good by 32%, and fair by 28%. Conclusions: there is a statistically significant relationship between supply chain management and profitability (p=0.010).
