The studies include experimental data on Aloe Vera, excluding articles without specific evidence or older than five years. Results: aloe vera showed high effectiveness in healing, including inflammation, removal of dead tissue and regeneration. Its anti- inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial and analgesic properties promote tissue recovery. Combined with technologies such as nanoemulsions and biodegradable films, it accelerates healing in a sustainable way. Conclusion: aloe vera is an effective and safe alternative to treat burns and wounds, standing out compared to treatments such as 1% silver sulfadiazine due to its safe profile and lower risk of adverse effects.
