The thesis work "Vegetative propagation of cuttings of Queñua (Polylepis incana) with the application of two natural rooting and three types of substrates under conditions of Cuajone nursery, Torata-Moquegua" was carried out in a nursery of Southern Perú Cuajone, December From 2016 to March 2017, the objectives being to study the effects of two natural rooting and three types of substrates in the vegetative propagation of cuttings, as well as to compare the effect of rooting and substrates on the development and evaluation of the interaction Rotifers x substrates. With a population of 900 cuttings of queñua, rooting was e0 (control), e1 (coconut water) and s2 (willow extract), substrates s0 (control), s1 (peat + sand + humus), s2 + Sand) and s3 (peat + humus) and using the factorial arrangement (AxB) with three levels factor A and factor B with four levels; With three replicates and 12 treatments with 36 experimental units. The statistical analysis used was (ANVA) at an F probability of 0,05 and 0,01, the Duncan and Tukey tests were performed at 95 % reliability, of which was obtained, e1 rooting with 85,67 %, Substrate s3 with 73,78 % and interaction e1s1 with 94, 67 % in the whole experiment a 69,49 % of trapping, concluding based on the evaluations made to the study variables, e1s1 had greater effects.
