This research details the current state of performance in the area of Mathematics students of the 2nd grade in the country, and proposes the design and development of prototype educational video game "GENIUX" in private educational institutions in the town of Jicamarca District of Lurigancho, which will strengthen meaningful learning, being necessary the design of the game in the phases and dynamic environments according to the powers of the Curricular design MINEDU - Ministry of Education, motivating students to use the video game, to reinforce learning and promoting the use of TIC-Information technology and communication in the teaching-learning process. For the analysis of the current situation methodology RUP Soft Systems -Rational Unified Process, UML - Unified Modeling Language, START UML in charting, BIZAGI to model processes, UNITY for prototype development and to be used MSQL data base. Consequently, the game GENIUX reinforce learning pupils will also benefit in the cognitive process called the playful part of students generating motivations that favor the development of certain skills transformed the information obtained in class in a meaningful learning strengthening the concept "Learn to play" and facilitate the integrity learning in education.
