The present investigation was developed in the company Procesadora Perú, a company dedicated to the export of fruits and vegetables, it has more than 10 crops which it works in canned and/or frozen, this article focused on the frozen mango process, since which is the product that has the greatest amount of sales compared to the other products it processes, the main problem being low productivity with 1.45 kg/$. The general objective was to increase productivity through the PHVA cycle in the frozen mango production process of the company Procesadora Perú S.A.C. and as specific objectives: Diagnose the current situation of the frozen mango process in the company Procesadora Perú S.A.C., make an improvement proposal based on the PHVA tool and evaluate the financial economic analysis of the proposal. The methodology used was the PHVA method, with the help of its industrial engineering tools, which are: Ishikawa diagram, time study, SMED methodology and the Guercher method. It was possible to standardize production processes, adequately plan production, avoiding waiting times and improve times in the production area. As results, an increase in productivity of 0.15 kg/$ was obtained. In addition to an economic benefit of 0.06 $/kg produced thanks to the proposed improvements.
