Climate change also affects our country, extreme low temperatures damage the physical and psychological state of the entire population, causing in this case various diseases, the impact falls on children and the elderly. The research will be carried out in the Incahuasi Ferreñafe district, which is listed as the most vulnerable to exposure to extreme low temperatures in the Lambayeque region. This work is named; "Sizing and selection of a piezoelectric system to generate energy in a heating shoe in the Incahuasi - Ferreñafe district, Lambayeque region", which aims to generate optimum power, taking advantage of the force exerted by the footfalls when walking. The power generated by the pizoelectric system must be greater than the power generated by the heating footwear and reach a comfortable temperature inside the footwear and thus protect the quality of life of its population. The system is based on the generation of electricity by piezoelectric materials, this obtained energy will be used to feed a heating system, which will heat the footwear and this one to the lower extremities of the inhabitants of the Incahuasi district. The selection of this collector footwear is made of low-cost materials.
