Aggressiveness has currently been normalized at the social level, in different types of reactions which can be evidenced in various psychological manifestations in adolescents of different sex and age. For this reason, the research aimed to determine the levels of aggressiveness in secondary school adolescents of a National Educational Institution in the district of Pomalca, 2023. The specific objectives are to identify the level of aggressiveness according to dimensions, sex and degree. The population studied was made up of 300 students, ranging in age from 12 to 17 years old and attending the 1st to 5th grade of secondary school. The research It was descriptive - non-experimental and the census-type sample made up of 300 students, applying the Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) of Buss and Perry (1992), obtaining as results referring to its dimensions: Verbal aggression (54.7%) and anger (53%) predominate with a high level, while physical aggression (74.3%) and hostility (71.7%), are at a low level. In terms of aggressiveness according to sex, males (42.2%) have a medium level, and females have a low level (95.3%). In aggressiveness according to grade, the one that predominates at the high level are the students of the 4th and 5th year of the secondary level (64.6%) and (59.5%). While the students of the 1st and 2nd year show a medium level of aggressiveness and the students of the 3rd year a low level. In conclusion, 51% of students are at a medium level of aggressiveness.
