In agriculture, tools and instruments are required to have better control over pests and thereby promote the healthy growth of crops, but many of these tools have limitations, such as the manual backpack sprayer and irrigation systems with limited reach. . This generates great waste of agrochemicals and a lack of effective pest control when they reach a considerable size. In order to address this problem, this project focused on designing an unmanned aerial spray system for the fumigation of grass plants. In order to determine the design, a survey was carried out to explore the needs of farmers and thus the design requirements. In addition, the climatological data were determined, obtaining important temperature and wind speed parameters for it. A morphology matrix was used to select the design components in SolidWorks, the material was determined through a properties study, so Aluminum 7075 T6 SS was selected for the chassis. The stress and aerodynamics analysis was carried out in the ANSYS and SolidWorks programs. The results obtained indicate that the quadcopter will have a maximum speed of 45.75 m/s with a manufacturing cost of S/24,240.
