Urban spaces include both the mobility and movement of individuals, as well as their relationship with the environment and with others. That is why it is important that each place responds to the needs of its inhabitants. However, in the Monumental Center of Chiclayo there is an inequality that leaves aside people with disabilities, causing urban inaccessibility. Therefore, places have to be created being inclusive and for people with disabling conditions. For this reason, the general objective of the research is to propose inclusive architectural strategies to solve the inaccessibility in the Monumental Center of Chiclayo, so that free movement and inclusion of all users can be achieved. For this, the current mobility of inaccessibility was diagnosed through an analysis and field record, considerating uses, morphology and flows, where the state of urban mobility was recognized, identifying subsectors according to different levels of dynamism. Subsequently, factors that cause inaccessibility in the Monumental Center of Chiclayo were determined, finding a series of urban barriers that generate inaccessibility and harm certain people, especially those with disabilities. Next, references were analyzed to find characteristics of inclusive architecture and strategies to use for the appropriate solution in the sector. Finally, the inaccessibility was resolved through a proposal for inclusive architecture in the Monumental Center of Chiclayo, to achieve the inclusion of all people.
