The objective of this research is to propose the improvement in the production process of the Textile Company CONFECCIONES DIANKRIS S.A.C. to increase your productivity. A diagnosis of the production process of the company was prepared to determine the bottleneck and thus propose the improvement, in turn, an economic-financial analysis was carried out for the implementation of the improvement proposal in the textile company CONFECCIONES DIANKRIS S.A.C. The improvement proposal helped correct problems in the production process in the company, guaranteeing optimal production and the most adequate use of resources. The acquisition of an embroidery machine was proposed to obtain a reduction in cycle time and level production with the aim of increasing productivity in order to reduce the number of canceled orders, reducing the production cycle time by 21%. A quality control plan was also presented to improve the finishing of the garments using certain formats, a culture of continuous improvement was implemented throughout the company and a preventive maintenance plan for machinery and equipment, in order to guarantee their better performance. Finally, the implementation of a 5's program together with a plan for the distribution and alignment of personnel machinery and existing waste, as well as a technical training program for personnel in the production area.
