For this purpose, the objective was set to implement a web system based on an algorithm of association rules to support the sales process of the company Ayala Motors. Consequently, an applied study was carried out, following the CRISP-DM methodology for modeling the association rules algorithm and the SCRUM framework for the development of the web system; Additionally, an A PRIORI association rule algorithm model was used for the recommendation module part of the web systems and, For the development of the web recommender system, the main tools were used such as Google colab, Python, Visual studio code, PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL. Regarding the precision of the association rule algorithm model, a Lift value greater than 1 (indicator of positive association) and an antecedent-to-consequent confidence greater than 80% were obtained in each of the rules; In addition, positive results were obtained in the black box and white box tests. Finally, it is concluded that a high-quality web recommender system was implemented, since it was evaluated through a survey based on ISO/IEC 25010 and by expert judgment
