Adolescence personifies a stage of transition from childhood to adulthood, where there is a certain vulnerability when making unfavorable decisions and getting involved in risky activities, such as early motherhood. For this reason, the research determined as its objective: Describe, analyze and understand the experiences and coping strategies in 1st-pregnant adolescents users of a health center Chiclayo, 2023. The research was qualitative with a descriptive approach, the population was made up of 1st-pregnant adolescents. who go to the San Antonio Health Center for control. The sample was reached with 12 primigravida adolescents from this health center, obtained by saturation and redundancy; The sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience. A semi-structured interview guide, approved by expert judgment, was used to obtain data. Likewise, the study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee. The data collected was analyzed by thematic content analysis, based on ethical principles and scientific rigor. Three main categories emerged in the results: Dynamic behavior of adolescents facing the challenges of pregnancy; responsibilities of the adolescent mother in the health and family system; the son's main motivation to return to studies. As a main conclusion, primigravida adolescent mothers feel motivated to resume their studies and work again after experiencing the presence of their child, recognizing the need to contribute to the expenses that their development demands. This change in perspective towards your future is due to a greater sense of responsibility.
