The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between e-commerce and consumer behavior in department stores, Chiclayo, 2023. To do this, the model proposed by Centeno and Napan (2021) was used, who studied the electronic commerce and consumer behavior, considering the dimensions of accessibility, online channels and payment methods. In addition, the dimensions of consumer behavior were analyzed, such as personal and psychological factors and the purchase decision process. A methodology with a quantitative approach, of a basic type, with a correlational level and non-experimental design, was used. The study population was made up of 254,729 customers from Chiclayo who made purchases through electronic commerce. Random probabilistic sampling was used and a sample of 385 regulars was selected. The survey was used as a data collection technique, and the questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. The results showed a moderate positive relationship (0.649) between the electronic commerce variables and consumer behavior. Furthermore, the significance value (p-value) was 0.000, which demonstrates the existence of a significant and positive link between all dimensions of e-commerce and consumer behavior. Therefore, it is concluded that, with an increase in e-commerce, consumer behavior will increase, so it is likely that users will be more willing to make online purchases
