The study focuses on the development of ecological infrastructures, aiming to design Educational Institution No. 11024 with ecological infrastructure features for the development of the José Quiñones de Chiclayo Urbanization. It pursues three specific objectives: firstly, to identify the characteristics of ecological infrastructures; secondly, to analyze Educational Institution No. 11024 in relation to the José Quiñones de Chiclayo sector; and finally, to establish guidelines for designing Educational Institution No. 11024 with ecological infrastructure features in the José Quiñones de Chiclayo Urbanization. The sector under study is a planned area facing issues of degradation and lacking ecological infrastructures. Educational Institution No. 11024 is selected because it lacks adequate infrastructure for students to conduct their activities, and its impermeable boundaries contribute to abandoned urban landscapes, resulting in social and ecological debts in the sector. Furthermore, this presents an opportunity to develop ecological infrastructures due to its diverse and flexible program, which will foster economic, social, and environmental dimensions, all aimed at ensuring biodiversity in urban centers and equal access to comfortable, collective, and shared spaces.
