The objective of this research is to establish the association between organizational climate and quality of care in health Pillory Rural Hospital, between June 2011- May 2012, will be used for this descriptive correlational design with contrast ratio X2 (chi - squared ) . In the case of the specific objectives sought to describe each of the variables and their characteristics. Sampling is set developed through the sample population ( Spigel , 1988:161 ) consisted of all health workers Pillory Rural Hospital , 45 in total who were working in the months of June 2011 to May 2012. The results found that organizational climate and quality of care are associated, because the greater the X2T X2c .In organizational climate variable, we find that health services Rural Hospital Pillory, presented as percentage higher level of clarity and consistency in the direction characterized by the clarity of the senior management on the future of the company. The extent to which the goals and programs of the areas are consistent with the criteria and policies for senior management, While in the quality variable, such kind of quality care more often the human dimension with 18 workers and more characterized by personal contacts that the service itself, the practice of human relations between the provider and the client ( user) in health care
