The research work entitled "Limiting factors of care and its relationship with the level of risk in children of HIV-infected mothers controlled in Hospital II-2 - MINSA Tarapoto, January_ December 2015", non-experimental study with correlational descriptive design, had as it shows 20 cases of exposed children, of mothers infected with HIV, which met the inclusion criteria. For the collection of information, the survey and observation sheet of the children of HIV-infected mothers who were previously evaluated by experts in the field were used. Results, the cultural limiting factors of care and the level of risk in children of HIV-infected mothers are significantly related to presenting a Pearson Square Chi (12,999) significantly higher than the Tabular Chi with 4 degrees of freedom (9,488). The social limiting factors of care and the level of risk in children of HIV-infected mothers are significantly related to presenting a Pearson Square Chi (22,146) significantly higher than the Tabular Chi with 4 degrees of freedom (9,488). The geographic limiting factors of care and the level of risk in children of HIV-infected mothers are significantly related to presenting a Pearson Square Chi (18,849) significantly higher than the Tabular Chi with 4 degrees of freedom (9,488). The economic limiting factors of care and the level of risk in children of HIV-infected mothers are significantly related to presenting a Chí Cuadrado (27,639) significantly higher than the Tabular Chí with 4 degrees of freedom (9,488). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the limiting factors of care and the level of risk in children of HIV-infected mothers controlled in the Hospital II-2-MINSA Tarapoto, given that Pearson's Chi Square (14,709) is notably higher than Chí. Tabular with 4 degrees of freedom (9,488) at 95% confidence, therefore, the variables are dependent.
