This research aimed to determine the factors associated with violence against women in the family context in the 4D2FPPC. In order to develop and execute the study, the document analysis technique was used, considering a sample population of 159 fiscal folders with cases of violence against women. After the analysis and data processing, it was possible to conclude that violence against women, due to their condition of being women, is deployed by aggressors whose level of education ranges from illiterate to the most erudite lawyers, and the same happens with the victims. The main results show that in terms of education, most of the women victims are professionals with a representation of 33%; as for the biological factor, it has been determined that women are victims of violence from an early age, which worsens throughout their lives. In this order, it was shown that this problem has a higher incidence when the biological age of the women is between 19 and 37 years old, with a representativeness of 60%. In terms of the economic factor, it was determined that 47% of the women victims do not work and dedicate themselves to domestic chores. With regard to the social factor, it was determined that cases of violence have a higher incidence in homes with dysfunctional families, with a representativeness of 77%.
