The study was carried out at the Yantaló Health Center in Moyobamba, with the objective of determining the level of satisfaction of the elderly in Nursing care in the program for the elderly. It is a research with a fundamental purpose, to descriptive approach and non-experimental nature, using a cross-sectional design. The study sample included 105 older adults participating in the Yantaló Moyobamba Health Center program, being served during the period from April to July 2023. The methodology used consisted of the use of the survey technique, using as an instrument a questionnaire based on that of Ayala K. and adapted by the researchers. This instrument was validated through expert judgment, demonstrating a high degree of reliability, with a value of 0.954. The application of the questionnaire was carried out after obtaining informed consent from the participants. The findings obtained indicated that 45.7% of the 105 older adults who participated in the research indicated that the level of satisfaction in the dimension of punctuality in nursing care is low, while 30.5% considered it to be high and 23.8% % classified it as medium. Regarding the dimension of human treatment, 54.3% of the participants indicated a medium level of satisfaction, followed by 31.4% who rated it as low and 14.3% as high. Regarding the dimension of standardized care, 60.0% of older adults expressed a medium level of satisfaction, with 26.7% considering it low and 13.3% classifying it as high. 61.9% of the 105 older adults who participated in the study indicate that the level of satisfaction in its clarity of information dimension is low, followed by 21.0% indicating that it is high and 17.1% is medium. Concluding that the level of satisfaction of the elderly in Nursing care in the elderly program of the Yantaló Moyobamba Health Center, during the period of April-July 2023, is low.
