In the present investigation, study to microzoning level of natural dangers of Tarapoto, Morales and Banda de Shilcayo cities, it was identified, categorized and divided the dangers zones: geotechnical, hydrometeorological. Reveal the likelihood of damage to the population geotechnical hazards, hydrometeorological and geological - climatic. For the evaluation of the seismic danger, a probabilistic method was used, proposed by Dowrick (1984), for which one counted with the seismic catalogue described in INDECI (2005) and homogenized by the author, the seismogenic source was defined by subduction and i determined the strong movement of the soil (PGH). It was identified and divided in two zones to the Geotechnical Danger: high with the 80.01% and very high with the 19.99% of the study area. For the evaluation of the geological - climatic danger, i used the method proposed by Default (2002), which allows to obtain a zoning of the susceptibility to the slide, by means of the combination of physiographic parameters, degree of dampness and the slope, (passive elements). Under these conditions, the external and dynamic factors, since they are the seismicity and the intense rains (active elements) act as shot factors that disturb the balance. It was identified and divided in 4 categories to the geological – climatic danger: Low 39.67%, Half 26.73%, High 15.10% and Very High 18.50% of the study area. For the evaluation of the hydrologic and hydraulic danger, the Mora method (2002) was used, it adapted by the author, what allows to obtain a zoning of the susceptibility to flood by means of the parameters combination, physiographic and the slope, (passive elements). Under these conditions, the external and dynamic factors, the intense rains (active elements) act as shot factors. It was identified and divided in 4 categories to hydrologic and hydraulic danger: Low 16.77%, Half 15.39%, High 28.49% and Very High 39.40% of the study area. This concepts can and must to be included for restrict the use of the earthly. Under these conditions one can say that the study area can destined to controlled development (area of High danger), subject to the prevention, and to conservation (area of Very high danger).
