Knowledge of the organizational climate is important for those leading health organizations because this affects the quality of life of the worker and the quality of service delivery. Therefore, the measurement of job satisfaction is a necessary task as indicators of productivity and job performance. This study ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE JOB SATISFACTION OF PERSONAL HEALTH OF MICRORRED CUÑUMBUQUE and ironing, general aims to determine the relationship of organizational climate to job satisfaction of health personnel microrredes Cuñumbuque Health and Tabalosos - 2010. The method used was quantitative, descriptive, correlational cross sectional population consisted of 64 workers. The technique of data collection was a survey by questionnaire type instrument. The results were: 39 health workers representing 61% of the sample of the Health microrredes Cuñumbuque and Tabalosos, average level of perceived organizational climate and 25 health workers, which makes 39% of the sample, receive high organizational climate, in addition, no health worker perceived low organizational climate. Therefore, in both micro-networks of health: a good organizational climate as perceived by workers. Chi square test shows significant difference, because the probability is 0.5, being highest at 0.05, according to the perception of health workers there is no difference in the level of organizational climate as microrredes of Health.To assess job satisfaction, 45 health workers who made 70.3% of the sample perceived average level of job satisfaction, 17 health workers who constitute 26.6% of the sample perceived high level of job satisfaction and 2 health workers dealing only 3.1% perceived low level of job satisfaction. Regarding the organizational climate subscales was found that in both Health microrredes the issue of pay is the highest rated, the scores exceed 20, ie that workers receive fair rewards exist in each of the micro-networks. However, the only scale of "management style", is showing significant difference, the probability is 0.0294 less than 0.05, ie that workers perceive a better Tabalosos microrred management style. Applying Chi square was found that, despite the assessment of organizational climate is the average level and job satisfaction levels dominate the average, the results show that there is significant difference (P = 0.0277 <0.05) between climate organizational and job satisfaction, meaning that a higher level of organizational climate, the higher the level of job satisfaction (P = 0.02), it allowed to reject Ho and accept the study hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of health personnel and Tabalosos Cuñumbuque microrredes
